Your media experience should be intense, emotional, and exhilarating.  But your set-up process should not be anything except “easy”.

We have developed an easy-to-follow process from registration to watching your first Action VOD.  Click the button at the bottom of this box to see an online tutorial specially designed to help you avoid a few of the common “stick points” that our subscribers occasionally have.

The ease of innovation! All you need is a set-top box, an Ethernet cable, a few wires, and a TV... and you have picture.

If all else fails, the Check-Up Doctor can make a housecall.*  In certain areas, we can come and set-up your STB and provide a demonstration of how to use the remote control and the World On-Demand EPG (electronic program guide) and menu system.  We will even give you one FREE VOD to take the system on a full test-drive after our visit.
